Mandla Mpikashe
Mandla Mpikashe acquired his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Transkei in 2001. He is currently reading Master of Laws (LLM) degree with specialization in Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town. He was admitted as an attorney in 2004. He obtained a right of appearance in the High Court in 2005. He has more than 16 years of experience gained as attorney in various Cape Town law firms, practised as an in-house senior legal counsel and assumed executive managerial roles for public institutions which include but not limited to the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality and, a financial development institution, namely, Eastern Cape Development Corporation SOC.
He acts for diverse clients in a wide variety of sectors and which include private companies, organs of state, public institutions and individuals.
